Do you offer same day flower delivery in Altona?
Do you have a physical store where I can pick up my flowers?
We have a store in Altona where you can use our click and collect service. Simply place your order online or by phone, choose your pickup time and your fresh hand arranged bouquet will be waiting for you. We will send you a confirmation message when your order is ready.
Can I customise a bouquet for a wedding or special event?
we specialise in custom floral design for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals and every occasion in between. You can book a complimentary consultation where we listen to your vision, your colours and your budget then create a personalised proposal just for you.
What flowers do you recommend for a first anniversary?
The traditional first anniversary flower is the carnation which symbolises young, passionate love. However we also recommend roses for romance, tulips for perfect love or a mixed bouquet in your wedding colours. We are happy to help you choose something meaningful based on your partner’s personality.
Do you deliver sympathy flowers to funeral homes and private residences?
We deliver sympathy and funeral flowers directly to funeral homes, churches, cemeteries and private homes across Altona and the western suburbs. We handle every order with extra care and compassion. Our team can also include a handwritten card with your personal message.
How far in advance should I order wedding flowers?
We recommend booking your wedding flowers at least 3 to 6 months before your wedding date especially during peak seasons like spring and summer. However we have also created beautiful wedding arrangements with as little as two weeks notice depending on flower availability. Contact us to check our availability for your date.
What is your flower return or refund policy?
Because flowers are fresh and perishable we cannot accept returns. However if your flowers arrive damaged, wilted or incorrect we will replace them immediately at no cost to you. Please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make things right.
